All things skincare made by Kiehl’s that I’ve tried have been absolutely fabulous so I’m not at all surprised that I love their haircare products as well. This shampoo literally had my looking great after just a couple of uses.
Amino Acid Shampoo uses wheat amino acid and wheat protein and definitely helps restore strength and shine. This shampoo lathers more than the Kiehl’s Nourishing Olive Fruit Oil Shampoo but still doesn’t lather a ton. Having this in my haircare routine has helped maintain the health of my hair after being bleached.
It smells faintly of coconut, lathers really well, and leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean but not stripped. The scent is amazing without being overpowering and the cleaning power is the perfect balance of cleansing without over drying or stripping the hair of it’s nutrients. Now I can wash my hair every other two days without getting oily or dandruff.
It cleans hair really well and smells great. Love what it did for my hair. Don’t expect instant results. Keep using it and you will have your healthy scalp back.
